Options For Employers and Employee Benefits

  • Providing healthcare coverage for your employees has become more challenging each year and providing an affordable option may impact your profitability.

  • Working with a Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider may help lower your company’s healthcare costs.* We can help you provide your employees comprehensive primary care for a fraction of the additional cost of premium insurance.  This may be especially beneficial when you can only offer a high deductible option,  or can't offer any insurance coverage. DPC may provide your employees with a superior additional option and improve employee recruitment, satisfaction.

  • DPC provides high accessibility, high quality healthcare without hidden fees or copays, helping your employees stay well, get well and get back to work as quickly as possible. We can help you create a plan and coordinate care that fits your schedule and theirs. We can also offer urgent care for injuries or other work-related problems.

  • We can schedule a site-visit so that I can better understand your business, considering your specific needs, employee risks and we can discuss including periodic on-site care options. All this for a relatively low per-member fee that can be employer-sponsored, shared-cost or employee funded and paid through payroll deduction. 

  • *Reducing unscheduled emergency room or urgent care clinic visits or unneeded specialty referrals can save significant time and money, especially for self-funded plans and/ or save lost time from work. 

  • *Engage with us before discussing your healthcare offerings with your benefits advisor. Many are not familiar about how incorporating DPC into your healthcare offerings can save your company money and they may negate the benefits by offering only higher cost plans.

  • Riverside Office Center (ROC)

—a group of small brick buildings on Jack Warner Pkwy, just East of McFarland Blvd (Hwy 82).

  • From Jack Warner,  coming from either direction, turn into ROC on the South (Campus) side, just East (Away from Campus) of McFarland Blvd/ Hwy 82 

  • From McFarland Blvd/ Hwy 82 going in either direction, take the Jack Warner Pkwy exit heading East / (Away from campus)— ROC is immediately ahead.

  • Enter ROC and veer left at the large oak tree. Ours is in the last building on the left, the center suite, G2.

SCHEDULING:

EXISTING WELLSPRING MEMBERS: Message your preferred days of week, times of day, the urgency of your need and preference for an in-person or virtual appointment through the Spruce app or Members Only Number.

The staff will offer available options. (Or you may call if needed).

If urgent, sick or hurt, call the office Monday- Thursday  or message / call Dr. Ellis if after-hours, choosing the Urgent Message options.

NEW PATIENT INQUIRIES

IMPORTANT ! 

Before requesting potential membership:

First, review the website thoroughly, including the FAQ section, so you will thoroughly understand how a DPC practice works and can work for you.  Then email us at Hello@WellspringDirect.com with NEW PATIENT INQUIRY in the subject line and include your name, age, (or that of the person you are inquiring for), along with email & phone number. Include any specific questions or interest in category memberships and if you wish a call back or email reply.  You may call the office but my staff may need to plan a call back to allow plenty of time for your questions.

We accept a limited number (panel)

of patient members to ensure our accessibility to existing members.

We are continually refining our processes and efficiency and

assessing our capacity.  We are nearing and likely will reach our capacity in 2026, though we generally won't restrict college student memberships.

OFFICE HOURS

  • ​​​Mon - Thur 8 am – 4:30 pm

  • Not in office on Friday

  • Wed. PM: Only virtual appointments with Dr. Ellis.

  • Flexible appointment times may be considered on an individual basis.

   

        REFILLS

  • Current / Active Wellspring Members

  • Request routine refills 2 or more business days in advance.

  • Requests received after hours will be refilled during business days/hours.

  • Send refill requests through the Spruce app or message us through the Members Only Number. 

  • Put "REFILL" in the subject line. 

  •  Do not rely on pharmacy notifications. They will send requests for medications you do not need. 

  •  It is your responsibility to keep up with   expiring refills before you run out.

  • If there is a problem with one of your medications, please let us know right away. â€‹â€‹
